Ingredients for - Low-Carb Meatloaf

1. Lean ground turkey - 2 pounds
2. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
3. Onion, minced - 1
4. Carrot, shredded - 1
5. Chopped fresh spinach - 2 cups
6. Egg, beaten - 1 large
7. Taco seasoning mix - 3 tablespoons
8. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
9. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
10. Ketchup - 3 drops

How to cook deliciously - Low-Carb Meatloaf

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place turkey and beef in a large bowl. Add onion, carrot, spinach, egg, taco seasoning, garlic, pepper, and ketchup. Mix with your hands until blended. Shape into 3 equal-sized loaves and place into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 1/2 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
