1. Uncooked macaroni - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Hard-cooked eggs, grated - 8
3. Red onion, finely chopped - 1 medium
4. Black olives, drained and chopped - 1 (6 ounce) can
5. Dill pickle relish, partially drained - 1 (10 ounce) jar
6. Mayonnaise, or as needed - ½ cup
7. Prepared yellow mustard, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 4
10. Paprika to taste - 4

How to cook deliciously - Macaroni Salad for a Crowd

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Place macaroni in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

Toss cooked pasta, grated eggs, onion, olives, and relish with some of the liquid in a large bowl. Mix in mayonnaise and mustard, increasing the amount of mayonnaise as desired. Season with salt and pepper. Top with sliced eggs, and sprinkle with paprika to serve.
