Ingredients for - Cheeseburger Rice Skillet

1. Ground beef - 1 pound
2. Butter - 1 tablespoon
3. Zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick - 2
4. Dried minced onion - 1 tablespoon
5. Water - 2 cups
6. Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor - 1 (5.5 ounce) package
7. Tomatoes, diced - 2
8. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Grated Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
10. Salt and black pepper to taste - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cheeseburger Rice Skillet

1. Stage

Brown ground beef in skillet over medium to medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Transfer browned beef to a bowl.

2. Stage

Melt butter the same skillet; add zucchini and saute until just slightly softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Return ground beef to skillet along with dried onions, water, Knorr® Rice SidesTM- Beef, chopped tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 7 minutes. Top with cheese. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
