4. 3 tbsp. whole-wheat, rice, or quinoa flour -
5. Kosher salt  -
6. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon  -
7. Cooking spray -
8. 1/2 tbsp. coconut butter -
9. 1/2 tbsp. almond butter -
10. 1/4 banana, sliced -
11. 1/2 tbsp. chopped walnuts -
12. 1 tbsp. maple syrup or coconut nectar -

How to cook deliciously - Magic Low-Carb Waffles

1. Stage

Heat waffle iron. In a large bowl, mix eggs, mashed bananas, almond butter, whole wheat flour, and cinnamon, using a fork, until smooth and season with a pinch of salt.

Grease waffle iron with cooking spray. Add 1/3 cup batter and cook until golden. Repeat with remaining batter.
