1. Water - ¼ cup
2. Frozen French-cut green beans - 15 ounces
3. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
5. Diced tomatoes, undrained - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Celery, chopped - 4 stalks
7. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
8. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
9. Distilled Vinegar - 1 cup
10. White sugar - ¾ cup
11. Olive oil - ½ cup
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Marinated Green Bean Salad

1. Stage

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add green beans and cook until just crisp-tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse immediately in cold water.

2. Stage

Transfer green beans to a large bowl and stir in corn, black beans, tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, and onion.

Mix apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables and stir to coat. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours, or up to overnight.
