Ingredients for - Mashed Sweet Potato Bake

1. Mashed sweet potatoes - 3 ½ cups
2. Milk - ¼ cup
3. Orange juice - ¼ cup
4. Eggs, beaten - 2
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. White sugar - ½ cup
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Butter, softened - 3 tablespoons
9. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
11. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
12. Packed light brown sugar - ¾ cup
13. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
14. Chopped pecans - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Mashed Sweet Potato Bake

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 2 quart casserole dish.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, blend together the sweet potatoes, milk, orange juice, eggs, vanilla, sugar, salt, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into prepared casserole dish.

Mix together the 1/4 cup butter, brown sugar, flour and pecans; sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
