How to cook deliciously - Minced meat and spinach roll

When spinach becomes soft, add fried onion, salt and pepper it. Add 1 tbsp of flour, stir, hold in the pan for 1 minute and remove. Let cool down a little.

I shaped the rolls on a bag that is designed for freezing, it is more dense. If you don't have any, you can use cling film or foil. Place a handful of minced meat, cover it with the bag and roll it out with a rolling pin. Use your hands to help form a rectangle.
