Ingredients for - Mom's Goulash

1. Beef stew meat, diced into 1 inch pieces - 2 pounds
2. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 pounds
3. Paprika - ¼ teaspoon
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Potatoes, scrubbed and chopped - 8 large
7. Chili without beans - 1 (16 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Mom's Goulash

1. Stage

Season beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Stage

Brown seasoned beef and onion in oil until all sides are brown. Cover with water and simmer for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Add water whenever level goes below the ingredients.

3. Stage

An hour before serving, add potatoes and chili.
