Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the sugar and let it rise to a "cap". Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, add yeast and oil. Start kneading the dough, gradually adding water. You should get a smooth homogeneous dough. Place the dough on a table, dusted with flour, and knead the dough for 10 minutes.

Roll the dough lightly in flour, put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and let the dough stand for about an hour. Then knead again, make a ball, wrap in clingfilm and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

In the meantime, prepare the stuffing. Boil potatoes, cool them, peel them and cut into 0,5-0,7 mm thick slices. We wash mushrooms, cut them and fry in vegetable oil with salt and pepper to your taste. I took mushroom caviar for stuffing. The onion is cut into quarter rings. You can pickle it, or you can use as is. Prepare the second dough for the top of the pie. Dissolve yeast in warm milk, let it "work". Add the rest of the ingredients, and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size. After the time has passed, take the dough out of the fridge, roll it into a circle.

Place in a lightly oiled mold and form the sides. The first layer is potatoes (salt, pepper).

Pour the potatoes with beaten egg. Put onions on top.

Roll out the yeast dough, grease it and cut into thin strips (about 1 cm wide).
