4. Yellow bell pepper - cored, seeded, and thinly sliced - ½
5. Thinly sliced snap peas - 3 tablespoons
6. Thinly sliced Persian cucumber - ¼ cup
7. Halved cherry tomatoes - ¼ cup
8. Onion, chopped - 1 small
9. Red wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
10. Greek yogurt - 2 teaspoons
11. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
12. Celery seed - 1 teaspoon
13. White sugar (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
14. Garlic powder to taste - 1 pinch
15. Salt and ground pepper to taste - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Colorful Coleslaw

1. Stage

Place red and green cabbage, red and yellow bell pepper, snap peas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and onion in a mixing bowl.

2. Stage

Whisk vinegar, yogurt, sesame oil, celery seed, sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a small mixing bowl until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled and flavors combine, at least 2 hours.
