2. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
3. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced - 2
4. Cilantro, stems cut off and leaves chopped - ½ bunch
5. White onion, chopped - 1
6. Chopped garlic - 3 tablespoons
7. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
8. Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
9. Kosher salt to taste - 2 tablespoons
