4. Cilantro, stems cut off and leaves chopped ½ bunch

6. Chopped garlic 3 tablespoons
7. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
8. Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
9. Kosher salt to taste 2 tablespoons
