1. Ground bison 1 pound
2. Chopped onion ½ cup
3. McCormick® Hot Chili Seasoning Mix 1 (1.25 ounce) package
4. Fire-roasted diced tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
5. Processed cheese food (such as Velveeta ®), cut into cubes 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Sour cream ¼ cup
7. Finely chopped jalapeno peppers 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Montana Spicy Bison Dip

1 . Stage

Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat, about 5 minutes. Drain fat.

2 . Stage

Stir in tomatoes and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese. Simmer 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

3 . Stage

Spoon into serving bowl. Top with sour cream and jalapeno. Serve with tortilla chips.
