2. Red bell pepper, cut into thin matchsticks ½ cup
3. Chopped onion ½ cup
4. Eggs 3 large
5. Milk ½ cup
6. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 (10 ounce) package
7. Chopped cooked ham 1 cup
8. Shredded mozzarella cheese ½ cup
9. Crumbled feta cheese ½ cup
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Frittata

1 . Stage

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add red pepper and onion. Cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes.

Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl until smooth; add spinach, ham, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, salt, and black pepper. Gently stir to mix evenly; pour into the skillet.
