Mousse Banana Cloud

1 . Stage

The ingredients are a minimum, all absolutely available.

2 . Stage

Peel bananas, add sugar, citric acid and mash into a puree.

3 . Stage

You can puree with a blender: you need a homogeneous structure.

4 . Stage

Add egg whites to the mass.

5 . Stage

Beat with a mixer or in the bowl of a food processor until the peaks. The finished mousse does not fall off the whisk.

6 . Stage

The mass is absolutely thick with light flecks of banana. It does not fall off over time. Can be put in the refrigerator or the freezer.
