2. Raisins - ¾ cup
3. Chopped walnuts or pecans (Optional) - ½ cup
4. Brown sugar - ½ cup
5. Corn syrup - ¼ cup
6. Butter, softened - 3 tablespoons
7. Egg, beaten - 1
8. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
