Ingredients for - No-Tahini Hummus

1. Chickpeas, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
3. Lemon, zested - 1
4. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
5. Vegetable bouillon - 1 teaspoon
6. Water, or as needed - 4 tablespoons
7. Tamari (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - No-Tahini Hummus

1. Stage

Combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and bouillon in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add water as needed if hummus is too thick. Add tamari to taste.
