1. 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour -
2. 1 teaspoon baking powder -
3. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt -

6. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda -
7. 1 egg, lightly beaten -
8. 1 cup fat-free milk -
9. 1 teaspoon canola oil -
10. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
11. Butter and maple syrup, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Nutmeg Waffles

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and baking soda. In another bowl, combine the egg, milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients until smooth.

Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup if desired.
