1. 1-1/2 cups beef or chicken broth -
2. 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice -
3. 1 cup frozen peas, thawed -
4. 2 celery ribs, sliced -
5. 4 green onions, thinly sliced -
6. 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted -
7. Dressing: -
8. 1/4 cup vegetable oil -
9. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar -
10. 1 tablespoon soy sauce -
11. 2 teaspoons sesame oil -
12. 1 teaspoon sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Nutty Wild Rice Salad

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Stir in the rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender. Drain; fluff with a fork. Stir in the peas, celery, onions and almonds.

2. Stage

In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
