2. 2 slice deli turkey -
3. 3 slice brie cheese -
4. Lettuce leaves -
5. 1/4 c. raspberry preserves -
6. 1/4 c. mayonnaise -

How to cook deliciously - Ooh La-La - Croissant Sandwiches

1. Stage

Arrange the turkey on the bottom half of the croissant and top it with the cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes until the Brie is warm and soft but not runny. Turn off the oven and use the oven mitts to remove the baking sheet.

2. Stage

To make the mayonnaise: Stir the ingredients together. When you've got a smooth, evenly colored mixture and enjoy. You can store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to five days.

3. Stage

Spread the Raspberry Mayonnaise on the top half of the croissant. Put lettuce on top of the gooey cheese and finish building the sandwich by placing the other croissant half on top. Take a bite. Is it delicious, or what?
