2. Purple daikon radishes, halved and sliced 10 ounces
3. Queso blanco, crumbled 4 ounces
4. Chopped peanuts ⅓ cup
5. Oranges, peeled and diced 2
6. Diced shallot 4 tablespoons
7. Lime, juiced 1
8. Extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
