Ingredients for - Cauliflower and Egg Salad

1. Cauliflower, broken into small florets 4 cups
2. Hard-boiled eggs, diced 3 large
3. Carrot, peeled and shaved into strips using a vegetable peeler ½ small
4. Green onions, chopped 3 small
5. Sweet pickle relish 5 tablespoons
6. Light mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
7. Mustard 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower and Egg Salad

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes; drain.

2 . Stage

Mix together cauliflower, eggs, carrot, green onions, relish, mayonnaise, and mustard in a large bowl until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
