Ingredients for - Cauliflower and Egg Salad

1. Cauliflower, broken into small florets - 4 cups
2. Hard-boiled eggs, diced - 3 large
3. Carrot, peeled and shaved into strips using a vegetable peeler - ½ small
4. Green onions, chopped - 3 small
5. Sweet pickle relish - 5 tablespoons
6. Light mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
7. Mustard - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Cauliflower and Egg Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook cauliflower in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes; drain.

Mix together cauliflower, eggs, carrot, green onions, relish, mayonnaise, and mustard in a large bowl until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper.
