1. Green onions, chopped - 3
2. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
3. Toasted sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
4. Korean chile pepper powder, or to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
6. Toasted Asian sesame oil - ½ teaspoon
7. Steamed Japanese rice - 1 ½ cups
8. Head of romaine lettuce (heart only), torn into bite-size pieces - ½
9. Cucumber - peeled, seeded, and chopped - ½
10. Tofu, sliced - 1 (12 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Tofu Salad Bowl

1. Stage

Mix green onions, soy sauce, sesame seeds, Korean red pepper powder, sugar, and sesame oil together in a bowl until evenly combined.

2. Stage

Place rice in a serving bowl. Toss lettuce and cucumber together and place onto rice. Arrange tofu over lettuce and cucumber. Drizzle sesame mixture over tofu to taste.
