2. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
3. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
4. Chopped onion - ¼ cup
5. Chopped green bell pepper - ¼ cup
6. Eggs, beaten - 2 large
7. Sliced zucchini - 4 cups
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 4 cups
9. Salted butter, cut into small pieces - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Zucchini Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper, and eggs together in a large bowl. Add zucchini, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and dot with butter.
