2. Limes, juiced - 2
3. Watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes - ½
4. Greek feta cheese, cubed - 1 (4 ounce) package
5. Pitted black olives - 20
6. Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
8. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
10. Brown sugar (Optional) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Watermelon and Feta Salad

1. Stage

Mix red onion and lime juice together in a bowl. Refrigerate until onion turns bright pink, about 30 minutes.
