1. Unsalted butter, melted ¼ cup
2. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
3. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
4. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
5. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon
6. Zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds 4
7. Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil 4
8. Chopped fresh parsley leaves 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Foil Packets

1 . Stage

Preheat a gas or charcoal grill over high heat.

2 . Stage

Whisk together butter, Parmesan, basil, and oregano in a small bowl; season with salt and pepper.

3 . Stage

Divide zucchini among 3 or 4 sheets of foil. Spoon butter mixture over zucchini. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

4 . Stage

Place foil packets on the preheated grill and cook until zucchini is just cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
