6. Smoked provolone cheese 4 slices
7. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
8. Brown sugar 1 tablespoon
9. Prepared horseradish, or to taste 1 tablespoon
10. Garlic 3 cloves
11. Dry mustard 2 teaspoons
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 teaspoons

Add Gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, and provolone cheese to beer-cheese mixture, stirring continually until smooth, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, horseradish, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper into cheese mixture until well mixed and heated through, about 10 more minutes.
