4. Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
7. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Applesauce - ⅔ cup
10. Coconut oil - 3 tablespoons
11. Dried cranberries - 1 cup
12. Chocolate chips (Optional) - ½ cup
13. Shredded unsweetened coconut (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Oatmeal Chia Seed Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir applesauce and coconut oil into oat mixture until dough is evenly mixed. Fold cranberries, chocolate chips, and coconut into dough. Spoon dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
