3. Rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
4. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
5. Honey 1 tablespoon
6. Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
7. Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
8. Red snapper 2 (4 ounce) fillets

1 . Stage

Mix together green onions, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, honey, mustard, and ginger in a shallow bowl; set aside.

Rinse snapper under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
