2. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Ground cinnamon (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
5. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
6. Unsalted butter, softened - ½ cup
7. Honey - ½ cup
8. Egg - 1 large
9. White sugar (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
10. Ground cinnamon (Optional) - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Honey Cinnamon Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with nonstick mats or parchment paper.

Mix flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda together thoroughly. Beat in butter, honey, and egg using an electric mixer until batter is sticky and combined. Roll batter into 20 to 24 balls.
