How to cook deliciously - Eggnog
1 . Stage
Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the whites in the refrigerator.

Heat the milk almost to boiling, but do not boil it.

Beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy, add spices (cinnamon, vanilla sugar and nutmeg).
4 . Stage
Pour in a thin stream of hot milk, continuing to whisk.

Now pour the mass into a saucepan and put it on the stove. Heat on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly. The mass should boil over. Remove from the heat and pour in the cognac. Cover with the lid and leave in a cold place until it cools.

Take the whites out of the fridge and beat them into a foam with a pinch of salt.

While continuing to whisk, pour in the egg yolk and milk mixture.

Eggnog must stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours to allow all the flavors to "make friends" and unfold. Pour it into glasses, and serve
