6. Anchovies - 1 PC.

While the pasta is boiling use an immersion blender to beat the ricotta, parmesan, tomatoes, capers, anchovy and basil.

Cook the pasta for the remaining 1/3 of the time (4 minutes), stirring occasionally. In a pan separately fry chopped almonds. Sprinkle almonds instead of cheese on the ready pasta.
