1. Stage
While the pasta is boiling use an immersion blender to beat the ricotta, parmesan, tomatoes, capers, anchovy and basil.
2. Stage
At 2/3 of the time the pasta is ready (if the package says 13 minutes turn off the heat at 9 minutes), we move the sauce to the pan, add a ladle of water in which the pasta was boiled and the pasta itself. Cook the pasta for the remaining 1/3 of the time (4 minutes), stirring occasionally. In a pan separately fry chopped almonds. Sprinkle almonds instead of cheese on the ready pasta.
