2. Fresh figs, quartered 6
3. Large ripe but firm pear, peeled and thinly sliced 1
4. Chopped pecans, toasted ¼ cup
5. Shredded Gruyere cheese ¼ cup
6. Red onion, thinly sliced 1 small
7. Extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
8. Balsamic Vinegar 3 tablespoons
9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons
