3. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Frozen corn 1 cup
5. Ketchup 1 tablespoon
6. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
7. Prepared instant mashed potatoes 2 cups
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese (Optional) ¾ cup

1 . Stage

Cook and stir beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes; drain and discard grease.
