1. Finely chopped fresh pineapple - 1 cup
2. Diced red bell pepper - ½ cup
3. Diced green bell pepper - ½ cup
4. Frozen corn kernels, thawed - 1 cup
5. Black beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Chopped onions - ¼ cup
7. Green chile peppers, chopped - 2
8. Orange juice - ¼ cup
9. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
10. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
11. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, corn, black beans, onions, green chile peppers, orange juice, and cilantro. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
