6. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2 large
7. Light coconut milk - ½ cup
8. Melted butter - ⅓ cup
9. Low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt - ⅓ cup
10. Honey - ¼ cup
11. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
12. Crushed pineapple, drained - 1 (8 ounce) can
13. Shredded coconut - ½ cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8-inch square dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Combine oats, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
