1. Fresh, ground pork sausage 2 pounds
2. All-purpose flour, or as needed ½ cup
3. Milk, or as needed 2 cups
4. Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Pork Sausage Gravy

1 . Stage

Break up sausage in a skillet and brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2 . Stage

Add flour and stir until all drippings are absorbed, adding more flour if necessary.

3 . Stage

Stir in milk a little at a time until creamy. Add cooked sausage back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
