Ingredients for - Pork Sausage Gravy

1. Fresh, ground pork sausage - 2 pounds
2. All-purpose flour, or as needed - ½ cup
3. Milk, or as needed - 2 cups
4. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Pork Sausage Gravy

1. Stage

Break up sausage in a skillet and brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

2. Stage

Add flour and stir until all drippings are absorbed, adding more flour if necessary.

3. Stage

Stir in milk a little at a time until creamy. Add cooked sausage back to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
