Ingredients for - Red Fish Soup

1. Tomato puree - 1 (28 ounce) can
2. Water - 4 cups
3. Green onions, sliced - 1 bunch
4. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - 2 tablespoons
5. Long grain white rice - 1 cup
6. Catfish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces - 1 pound
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Red Fish Soup

1. Stage

In a large pot, combine the tomato puree, water and green onions. Season with red pepper flakes. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil. Add rice and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Add fish and simmer for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
