1. Uncooked long-grain white rice - ½ cup
2. Potatoes, sliced - 3
3. Onion, sliced into rings - 1
4. Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces - 2
5. Green peas, with liquid - 1 (15 ounce) can
6. Condensed tomato soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
7. Water - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Pork sausage, sliced and browned - 1 pound
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Seven Layer Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish layer the rice, potatoes, onion, carrots, peas, tomato soup with water, and sausage. Salt and pepper to taste.

3. Stage

Bake covered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until fork tender. Remove cover for last 5 minutes of baking.
