The marinade time is not included in the recipe. Grate garlic and ginger. Add sour cream, soy sauce, tomato paste, curry, hot pepper, salt and liquid (beer or water or wine or broth). Stir everything thoroughly. Pour the chicken, coat all the pieces in the marinade and put it in the fridge at least overnight. It can stay for up to 3 days. Cut peeled potatoes into thin circles and onions in half rings. The food processor helped me.
