1. Dietz & Watson Prosciutto, thinly sliced - 8 ounces
2. Dietz & Watson Whole Grain Dijon Mustard - ¼ cup
3. Creme fraiche (or sour cream) - ½ cup
4. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
5. Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and cracked pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Whole grain crackers - 12

How to cook deliciously - Prosciutto Bites with Mustard Creme Fraiche

1. Stage

Whisk together the creme fraiche, Dietz & Watson Whole Grain Dijon Mustard, parsley (leaving some leftover for garnish), lemon zest, and salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mixture on each cracker.
