14. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Cookies with Penuche Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

Make the cookies: In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup shortening, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix in pumpkin, egg, and vanilla.
