1. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Baking powder - 2 tablespoons
4. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Moist prunes, chopped - 1 cup
7. Pumpkin Puree - 1 ½ cups
8. Orange juice - 1 cup
9. Milk - ¾ cup
10. Eggs - 2
11. Oranges, zested - 2
12. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
13. Butter, melted - ½ cup
14. Confectioners' sugar, or as needed - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin-Orange Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 12-cup muffin trays or line with paper liners.

2. Stage

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl. Mix in prunes.

Mix pumpkin, orange juice, milk, eggs, orange zest, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl. Fold into flour mixture. Add melted butter and mix well.
