1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed 1 ½ pounds
2. Salt, or to taste 1 teaspoon
3. Diced tomatoes with juice 1 (15 ounce) can
4. Water ½ cup
5. Minced garlic 1 tablespoon
6. Chicken-flavored dry bread stuffing mix 1 (6 ounce) box
7. Shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups
8. Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Stir tomatoes, water, garlic, and stuffing mix in a large bowl; set aside to soften

Toss cubed chicken with salt in a large bowl; transfer onto the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning on top of chicken. Spread the softened stuffing mixture on top.
