1. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
2. Cream of potato soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
3. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
4. Cream cheese, softened, or more as needed - ½ (8 ounce) package
5. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (16 ounce) package
9. Grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Potluck Potato Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

2. Stage

Mix Cheddar cheese, potato soup, sour cream, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, and salt together in a large bowl. Fold potatoes into mixture; pour into the prepared casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
