2. Canola oil - ½ cup
3. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Seasoned salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Onion Powder - ¼ teaspoon
8. Red cabbage, cored and shredded - 1 head

1. Stage

Mix red wine vinegar, canola oil, sugar, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, and onion powder in a bowl.

2. Stage

Place cabbage in a large glass bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight, stirring occasionally. Drain before serving.
