Ingredients for - Rhubarb Crisp

1. 4 1/2 c. sliced rhubarb (about 6 large stalks) -
2. 1 tbsp. lemon juice -
3. 1/3 c. granulated sugar -
4. 1/4 c. packed brown sugar -
5. 1/2 c. all-purpose flour -
6. 1/2 c. rolled oats  -
7. 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans -
8. 1/2 c. packed brown sugar -
9. 1/4 c. granulated sugar -
10. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
11. 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon -
12. 1/4 tsp. ground ginger -
13. 6 tbsp. melted butter -

How to cook deliciously - Rhubarb Crisp

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a 10” skillet or in a square baking dish, toss rhubarb with filling ingredients until evenly incorporated. 

2. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, oats, pecans, sugars, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Use your hands to incorporate melted butter into flour mixture until mixture has pea-sized clumps. 

3. Stage

Scatter topping over rhubarb mixture and bake until rhubarb is bubbling and topping is golden, about 45 minutes.
