1. Leg of lamb 5 pounds
2. Garlic, sliced 4 cloves
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 4 cloves
4. Fresh rosemary 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Roast Leg of Lamb

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Roast in the preheated oven for 1 3/4 to 2 hours, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the lamb reads at least 135 degrees F (57 degrees C) for medium-rare to medium doneness.
