1. Celery, chopped - 1 bunch
2. Baby carrots, chopped - 1 (12 ounce) package
3. Cream of celery soup - 1 cup
4. Cream of chicken soup - 1 cup
5. Cream of mushroom soup - 1 cup
6. Cut-up mushrooms - 1 cup
7. Fresh sage leaves - 8
8. Fresh rosemary - 3 tablespoons
9. Fresh thyme - 2 tablespoons
10. Goose, cut up - 2 (10 pound)

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooked Goose

1. Stage

Mix celery, carrots, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, sage, rosemary, and thyme in a bowl.

2. Stage

Put goose pieces in a slow cooker. Pour soup and vegetable mixture over the goose.

3. Stage

Cook on High until goose is tender, 6 to 8 hours.
