Ingredients for - Warm Shrimp Salad

1. Medium shrimp - peeled and deveined - 1 pound
2. Butter - 2 tablespoons
3. Lemons, juiced - 2
4. Butter lettuce - 2 heads
5. Tomatoes, chopped - 2
6. Avocado - peeled, pitted and diced - 1
7. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
8. Cucumber, cleaned and chopped - 1
9. Shredded carrots - ½ cup
10. Vinaigrette salad dressing - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Warm Shrimp Salad

1. Stage

In a large saute pan melt butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and lemon juice, cook until shrimp just turn pink. Remove from heat and drain.

2. Stage

In a large bowl tear lettuce into bite-size pieces, add the tomatoes, avocado, celery, cucumber carrots and cooked shrimp, toss to combine. Top with your favorite dressing or vinaigrette.
