2. Skinless, boneless chicken breast, cubed - 1 ¼ pounds
3. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 5
4. Carrot, sliced - 1

6. Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
8. Water to cover - 1 tablespoon
9. Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 bunch

How to cook deliciously - Russian Chicken Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add potatoes, carrot, and onion; cook and stir until vegetables begin to soften, 6 to 8 minutes.
